- You can return unused and resellable products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
- If the reason for this return is due to an error/defect, Wallhang will replace it with another product or refund the amount equal to the total price of the product and the shipping fee.
- If the reason for the return is dislike/cancellation , the shipping fee belongs to the customer. When the product is received by Wallhang, when refunding or exchanging it with another product, the shipping cost will be deducted and will only be the amount of the disliked product. When returning a product, the shipping cost for shipping back belongs to the customer.

- The product and its packaging you want to return must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent completely with its original box.
- We also request the product invoice to complete your return. If more than 14 (fourteen) days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund and/or exchange.
- Please do not return the product you purchased before receiving return approval. First, submit your refund request via e-mail or other means available on the website.
