Return & Exchange


  • You can return unused and resellable products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
  • If the reason for this return is due to an error/defect, Wallhang will replace it with another product or refund the amount equal to the total price of the product and the shipping fee.
  • If the reason for the return is dislike/cancellation , the shipping fee belongs to the customer. When the product is received by Wallhang, when refunding or exchanging it with another product, the shipping cost will be deducted and will only be the amount of the disliked product. When returning a product, the shipping cost for shipping back belongs to the customer.
  • You can make your return and exchange requests from the " Return Center " tab on our homepage.
  • The product and its packaging you want to return must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent completely with its original box.
  • We also request the product invoice to complete your return. If more than 14 (fourteen) days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund and/or exchange.
  • Please do not return the product you purchased before receiving return approval. First, submit your refund request via e-mail or other means available on the website.
  • Your refund is made to your credit card by your bank. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. This process depends entirely on your bank. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank.

    Products that cannot be returned:

    • Gift Card / Package
    • Personalized Designs
    • Canvas Paintings
    • 3M Command Medium Replacement Tape
    Note: It is not possible to return personalized products.
    In accordance with Article 48 of the Law on Consumer Protection, "in distance contracts, out-of-scope contracts, rights and obligations of the consumer, seller and provider, right of withdrawal, obligation to inform, delivery and other application procedures and principles are determined by the regulation." Based on this article, paragraph b of Article 15 titled "Exceptions of the right of withdrawal" of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014; "Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts: b) Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs." It carries the provision.

    As we have stated in detail in our Sales Contract and presented to your information above, you do not have the right of withdrawal regarding the personal products you have purchased, in accordance with paragraph b of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

    In this context, as a rule, it is not possible to return personal products purchased after the sale, except for an error/deformation caused by production or delivery.
