  • Credit Card (Iyzico)

You can pay for your order in 12 installments using the credit card option. We use the reliable Iyzico infrastructure as a virtual POS service for credit card payments. Your information is not stored in our systems in any way and your payments are processed through secure bank infrastructures.

  • Money Transfer/EFT Payment

You can place your order by choosing the bank transfer option. After completing the payment by selecting the Money Transfers (Money Transfer and EFT) option, simply send the total amount to the IBAN account shown to you.

Your orders are sent quickly and reliably.

  • When will my order be shipped after purchase?

Your order will be delivered to cargo from Denizli within 1-3 business days. The tracking number will then be sent to your email address. Depending on the distance of the delivery address, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 2 business days at the latest. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

If there is a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.

  • What should we do if my order arrives while I'm away?

A tracking number will be sent to you after your product is shipped. If you are not at the specified address or cannot be reached, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. This process is completely under the control of the cargo company. If the package is not received, your order will be returned to Wallhang. A shipping fee will be requested to resend your returned order, or your order will be resent to your name with a counter payment.
