Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Delivery time varies depending on the address status and cargo company density. Due to the weekend holiday, shipping is not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery may be affected by issues beyond our control and may cause some wait. You can definitely return your product within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it, as long as it is undamaged, unused and all parts are in the box. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
